During the term of any service engagement and for twelve months afterward the client agrees not to directly solicit or hire any GYTO Pool employee contractor or consultant who was materially involved in providing services to that client.
GYTO Pool operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership joint venture agency employment or fiduciary relationship between the parties.
